Certiva Global

The client

Certiva Global is an accredited international conformity assessment body. It certifies management systems (quality, environment, health and safety, food safety, information security, cloud, privacy, AI, business continuity, IT service management), runs specialised audits including R2v3 and e-Stewards responsible-recycling, AS9100 aerospace and HIPAA / ISO 27799 healthcare, and trains internal and lead auditors. The organisation states compliance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and positions itself as an ISO certification body based in Hyderabad.

What we built

A website whose first job is to signal authority, with a secure client portal behind it for organisations Certiva has already certified.

• Accreditations and certification scopes displayed prominently on the homepage and each service section, so a buyer can verify legitimacy in seconds.
• Three service pillars - Management Systems Certification, Specialised Audit Services, Professional Training - each with its own structured page.
• A secure client login portal for existing clients to access their certification documents.
• A quote-request flow on the contact page, with WhatsApp, phone and departmental email as parallel channels.
• News, an Impartiality Policy and a Privacy Policy - the pages an accredited body is expected to publish.
• Structured data (Organization, ContactPoint, PostalAddress) and answer-first copy so the site surfaces for standard-plus-city queries in Google and in AI answer engines.

How it was built

Next.js App Router on Vercel, styled with Tailwind CSS v4, Lucide icons, and Inter paired with Source Serif 4 for a considered, institutional feel. Node.js on the back end for the portal. Writing, design, development and deployment were handled end to end by one team, and the site is maintained on an ongoing SEO and AEO retainer.

Mobile-first, fast page loads, clear calls to action throughout - the practical checklist for a site that has to earn trust from a sceptical procurement reader.
